I’m a yoga teacher based in South Shore, MA, with 14+ years of experience in the health and wellness industry. For the last 15 years, yoga has been my life—not just as a practice but as a way of being. As a teacher, a mom, a wife, a friend, a daughter, and a leader, I’ve learned through experience rather than just reading about yoga philosophy.

Meditation, journaling, and staying curious have been my greatest teachers, shaping how I approach yoga, movement, and mindfulness. My passion is to help others connect with themselves on a deeper level—whether through yoga classes, retreats, or personal growth workshops.

My goal is to teach you how to listen to the voice inside that will guide you to your deepest sense of purpose and fulfillment.
