Cozy up with us on the winter wellness retreat of your dreams. Yoga, breath work, sound bathing, snowshoeing, meditation, locally sourced homemade meals, community, connection, and deep rest for your soul. Our stay will be at the Dragonfly Yoga Barn in Sandwich, NH. The barn has lots of natural light, high ceilings, heated floors, and all the props and blankets necessary to cozy up. This rustic setting has dormitories with bunk beds where we will all sleep soundly after our peaceful evening ceremonies. Light early morning breakfast snacks, breakfast buffet after morning yoga, and delicious dinner buffet all included.

Retreat begins Friday, February 9, 2024 at 4:00 PM and ends Sunday, February 11, 2024 at 12:00 PM. 

Cost for everything is $700.

Any monies paid are non-refundable. To protect your investment, we suggest registrants purchase trip insurance in the event you need to cancel.
